Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted 24 hours or more before appointment time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 30% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made 2 hours or less before scheduled appointment will be subject to 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Abbreviating your service upon arrival, with no notice, will result in 100% charge of that service abbreviated. (ex: being scheduled for a color and haircut and cancelling color at time of arrival)

  • No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service. 

Please note: We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and reschedules.


Due to health concerns over these past few years, we’ve taken advanced precautionary cleaning and disinfecting measures to ensure the continued health and safety of our beauty squad and clients. If you are not feeling well, or have knowingly come into contact with anyone who is sick (this includes friends, family members, etc.), we urge you to contact us to reschedule your appointment. In the event a client must cancel due to illness, we will waive any cancellation fee. 

Our beauty squad will be on a strict schedule to allow us time to maintain a clean and disinfected environment between clients. If you are more then 5-10 minutes late to your appointment, we will be UNABLE to do your service and will need to reschedule your appointment. In addition, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. We apologize for any inconvenience, but must maintain strict guidelines to continue offering clients the very best (& healthiest!) salon experience.
