REMINDER OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Everyone’s time is valuable, so please respect your scheduled appointment time! Missing your appointment not only affects Salon 13, it affects the others who schedule with us as well. As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advanced via e-mail and 24 hours in advance via text.

Cancellations are accepted 24 hours or more before appointment time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 30% charge of the scheduled service.

• Cancellations made 2 hours or less before scheduled appointment will be subject to 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• Abbreviating your service upon arrival, with no notice, will result in 100% charge of that service abbreviated. (ex: being scheduled for a color and haircut and cancelling color at time of arrival)

• No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service. 

Please note: We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and reschedules.

We are so excited we just can't stop talking about our growing staff here at Salon 13. Our stylists have many years of experience between them and are happy and excited to work with you. Should your stylist not be available, we invite you to book with any of the fabulous ladies here. If you would like a specific stylist, we recommend pre-booking your appointments to guarantee your preferred time, date, and service.
